Food For Healthy Skin

Ladies the saying goes "You are what you eat" and it's so true. Nowadays we are so quick to stop by Chick Fil A (Yummy My FAVE) and fast food restaurants but that food does nothing good for us, except fill our stomachs. You'd be surprised but Chomping down on some good ole fruits and veggies not only is great for your overall health but great for your beauty!

Green Veggies keep your hair conditioned in between deep conditions. They have Vitamin A and C which produce Sebum which is a natural hair conditioner.

Salmon (Yummmmmm) and lots of other fish have Omega 3 fatty acids that help to maintain a healthy scalp, and we all know a healthy scalp means healthy hair.

Growing up my mom always used to say carrots are good for your eyes and she was so right. Carrots help to maintain healthy vision and hair.

Yogurt and Bananas are packed with Copper, Calcium, Magnesium, and Vitamin C they all help to strengthen your eyelashes. So if you are constantly looking for FALSIES try eating more bananas.

Mushrooms which I'm not to fond of :/ are filled with the antioxidant Selenium. Selenium helps to protect your skin from sun damage and keeps it firm.

Onions have Sulfur and Silicon which promotes overall good health.

Papayas (yummmm love Papaya juice) is great for your face it reduces redness and dark spots.

Avocados are rich in Vitamin E they aid in preventing under eye circles.

Tangerines have lots of Vitamin A. It helps to unclog pores and reduces inflammation.

Cabbage had some this weekend @ Ma P's house (Yum) has lots of Vitamin C and prevents your gums from bleeding.

Ok so Watermelon IS the BEST fruit EVER. Watermelon had Lycopene that helps to keep your skin smooth.
